Mydd is a registered Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Reiki practitioner based in Cornwall. He holds a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and trained with the highly regarded Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT), accredited by the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH).

Mydd came to hypnotherapy through a deep personal understanding of how transformative this work can be. Alongside professional training, his approach is shaped by years of creative, therapeutic and person-centred work, supporting people through change, self-discovery and emotional healing.
