Professional Disclaimer & Terms
I am fully insured through Holistic Services Insurance.
My practice at Axis Mundi is person-centred and adaptable, with a primary focus on Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Reiki. These approaches may be supported by complementary techniques such as relaxation, breath awareness, and gentle mind-body practices, depending on your needs.
Each session is guided by you—working collaboratively to support mental clarity, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and inner balance.
These methods are designed to support your mind and body’s natural capacity for healing and change, helping to reduce stress, ease emotional tension, and encourage a greater sense of calm, resilience, and alignment. Where appropriate, I may also offer general wellbeing guidance, always within my scope of practice and training.
While this work can have meaningful emotional and psychological benefits, it is important to note that it is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, or thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please contact your GP, local crisis team, or emergency services immediately.
For concerns that fall outside my professional remit, I may recommend or refer you to an appropriate qualified professional, such as a GP, psychotherapist, counsellor, or other healthcare specialist. I am also able to suggest trusted practitioners for ongoing therapeutic or medical support where needed.
