I am fully insured through Holistic Services Insurance.
My practice at Axis Mundi is adaptable and person-centred, offering a range of approaches including massage, somatic bodywork, Reiki, shamanic healing, ritual practice, and solution-focused hypnotherapy (in training).

Each session is guided by your needs and may include a combination of:

• Gentle or deep physical touch

• Energy healing and intuitive bodywork

• Guided visualisation, relaxation or meditative practices

• Reflective conversation or spiritual guidance

• Breathwork and grounding exercises

These methods aim to help regulate the nervous system, relieve physical and emotional tension, and support your body’s natural healing process. Depending on what arises, I may also offer general wellbeing guidance, always within my scope of practice and experience.

While this work can have profound emotional and psychological benefits, it is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological counselling, or crisis intervention. If you are in acute mental health distress or experiencing suicidal thoughts, please contact your GP, local crisis team, or emergency services immediately.

For complex musculoskeletal or medical issues that are beyond my professional remit, I may refer you to a qualified osteopath, physiotherapist, GP, or psychotherapist. I can also recommend trusted colleagues for ongoing emotional and mental health support.

Appointments & Cancellations

To ensure fairness and sustainability, I operate a clear cancellation and rebooking policy.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

• Please provide at least 30 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 30 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being retained.

• Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice or non-attendance will incur the full session fee.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as I aim to honour subsequent appointments.

If exceptional or emergency circumstances arise, please contact me directly — I aim to respond with understanding wherever possible.

Practitioner Illness or Schedule Changes

As an independent practitioner, I occasionally need to adjust appointments due to illness, travel, or unforeseen events.
If this occurs, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time or a full refund of your deposit.

Refunds

If a refund is required, it will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 7–10 working days to appear in your account.

Workshops, Classes & Events

If you have registered and paid for a workshop or event and are unable to attend, the following applies:

• Full refund minus a £50 admin fee up to 30 days before the scheduled date.

• 50% refund for cancellations up to two weeks prior.

• No refund within two weeks of the event date.

• In cases of illness or emergency, a credit may be issued towards a future event.

My main practice space is located at my studio in Pixel, Causewayhead, Penzance. Cornwall. My studio is on the first floor with both stair and lift access.

Privacy Notice (GDPR Compliance)

In compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, I handle all client information with strict confidentiality and care.

Information I Collect

To provide a safe and effective service, I collect basic personal and health information, including:

• Name, date of birth, and contact details

• Relevant health history, current medical conditions, medication, allergies, or injuries

• Notes from each session to support continuity of care

This information is gathered via secure digital intake forms or in person at your first session.

How Information Is Stored & Used

• All client records are stored securely in compliance with GDPR.

• Information is used solely to support your treatments and will never be shared without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

• Records are retained for seven years after your last session (in line with insurance requirements).

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access or request a copy of your personal information

• Request correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)

• Withdraw consent for communication or marketing at any time
