I’m Mydd, and I work with people and their bodies, minds, spirits and the stories they hold here on the wild edge of West Cornwall.
For most of my life I’ve been exploring what it means to live more fully in ourselves. I offer Energy healing, Massage, Somatic bodywork, Reiki, ritual practice, and solution-focused hypnotherapy.

My approach is grounded and intuitive, shaped by a belief that healing happens on many levels. Through touch and stillness, story and breath, imagination and energy. Every session is a collaboration, meeting you spiritually and physically exactly where you are, and listening closely to what your system is asking for.

​

For you that may look like massage and bodywork - deep, flowing touch that helps unwind the nervous system.
Sometimes it’s energy healing - subtle yet impactful work that restores balance and calm.
Sometimes it’s ritual work - tending to the unseen and the symbolic.
Sometimes it’s guided hypnotherapy - supporting the mind to shift old patterns and remember what’s possible.

All of it is connected. A weaving of body, psyche, and spirit.

Having lived in a body that’s known its own storms, I understand how powerful this work can be. The right space, the right kind of presence - patient, respectful, attuned, can open the door to relief, balance, and a quieter kind of freedom.

I believe everyone deserves skilled, nurturing support that honours who they are and how they move through the world. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed, welcoming all bodies, all genders, all stories. Celebrating our individuality and diversity.

When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me walking the wild  ancient Cornish landscape, drawing, writing, or working with ritual, nature and the small magics of daily life. I also work as a Theatre Designer and Director.

I am currently training as a Soul Midwife/Death Doula with Felicity Warner at the International Soul Midwifery Movement and the Soul Midwives School.

​

My main healing practice space is here at Axis Mundi my light-filled studio in Penzance, in the centre of Penzance, a short walk from the sea. I also travel across the UK for workshops, teaching, collaborations and tailored treatments, ceremony and ritual.
