Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-informed form of psychotherapy that combines Solution Focused Brief Therapy, clinical hypnosis and neuroscience-based understanding to support positive change, emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation.

This forward-focused approach helps you move towards the life you want with greater calm, confidence and clarity, without needing to endlessly revisit the past. Sessions combine practical psychotherapy, guided relaxation and an understanding of how the brain responds to stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
